Return Policy:

We want you to love your products. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the product purchase price.

  • Returns must be in original condition with all components included
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • To start a return, email customerservice@thedoux.com with your order number for a return authorization

Incorrect or Damaged Items

Should you receive an incorrect or damaged item, email customerservice@thedoux.com with your order number (and a photo, for damaged products) to have your items replaced. A refund may be issued if the product is out of stock.
